Dayton Turns Five!!

On March 22, 2005 you were born. We fell in love the instant we saw you, and felt so lucky to have you. Then a few days later we found out you were sick with spinal meningitis. The hospital cared for you, Mommy visited and held you, many people fasted and prayed for you, and you finally came home!

You learned your alphabet, numbers, even the pledge of allegiance by age 2! You love to sing the loudest of all your brothers! You like to help Mommy bake muffins and pancakes. You also like to jump out and surprise people. We especially enjoy the "leftovers" you hide around the house. (Namely, apples, and crusts of bread.) Guess it's payback for Mommy and Daddy who did this when they were little.
