Here's our newly-turned 6 year old sporting his tricks in our hallway. And while I'm at it, I have to take a minute to post 6 of the wonderful things I love about my Josiah. This is just to celebrate his birthday, which technically was the 19th of February.

1. Josiah loves to learn about geography and animals.

2. He remembers to pray always.

3. As of late, he has really come to understand why Mommy talks about

eating good foods, and he has been eating spinach, celery, and even brown rice!

4. Josiah is learning to read--and read a little to his brothers this evening.

5. Josiah is quick to clean a messy room, help his brothers, or put clean laundrey away.

6. He is always saying the most witty and hilarious things to keep our home lighthearted.

Speaking of witty, he said something witty just this night. He had kindly shared a few pieces of his birthday licorice with Mommy and Dayton. When Mommy inquired about one more stick, Josiah smiled, and said," Mommy, you've gone a little over the top with that licorice. In fact, you've gone ballistic."
